Please RSVP by Saturday, 13th June 2026 so we can finalise all the details (like how many chairs we need and how much food to order. Both very important decisions!). You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP button in the navigation menu, at the footer of each page, or simply click here.
If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you won’t be attending, but we’ll miss you! -
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in the Secret Valley, with cocktail hour on the Barn Patio. Our reception will follow in the Garden Marquee.
If the weather isn’t on our side, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the Rustic Barn, cosy, sheltered, and still beautiful. -
Garden party attire! Think dressy but relaxed. Light, flowy fabrics and soft or earthy colours will feel right at home. Choose shoes that are kind to grass (block heels, wedges, or flats) and bring a jacket or wrap for when the evening turns cool. For more inspiration, check out our attire page.

We’d love for you to arrive by 2:00 pm, so you can wander in, find your seat, and soak in the setting before the ceremony begins at 2:30 pm.

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. Our amazing photographer will capture it all, and we promise to share the beautiful photos with you afterwards!

Between the ceremony and reception, guests can enjoy canapés and drinks on the barn patio, taking in the beautiful surroundings while mingling before the evening celebrations begin.

Yes! We’ll be serving a delicious sit-down dinner, along with plenty of drinks to keep the celebrations flowing. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you RSVP!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon, we will have a wishing well at the reception. No pressure, but your kind thoughts and contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we love your little ones! That said, if you'd prefer a fun night just for yourselves, we totally get it (consider this your excuse for a grown-up getaway).

We love celebrating with all our favourite people! However, due to space limitations, only those listed on the invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Yes! The venue staff will be available to assist guests with accessibility needs. They will provide transport to and from the ceremony area using golf carts, with pick-up at the front of the car park.
If you need assistance at any point during the night, including transport to and from the bathrooms, please call 0447 101 190. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration!

Yes! We are planning to organise a shuttle bus to pick up guests within the area to and from the venue. Please RSVP and let us know if you’ll need transport so we can reserve your seat.
We’ll update the ‘Getting There’ section closer to the date with shuttle pick-up times and details.

If you are unable to attend, please RSVP ‘no’ as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly, keeping in mind the deadline.
We understand that not everyone can make it, and we’ll be sure to share memories from the big day.

If you’re travelling from overseas, please check whether you require a visa to enter Australia.
Ensure that you give yourself ample time to apply in advance if needed. If you need any supporting documentation or an invitation letter for your application, we’ll be more than happy to provide it.
